Log in to the Client/Student Portal using your registered email and password.

Once logged in, go to Profile Settings from the dashboard menu.

Update the necessary fields such as:

Full Name (correct spelling)

Email Address
-
Phone Number
-
Billing Address

Student/Parent details (if applicable)

Click Save Changes to confirm.

If you encounter errors, contact support via the Help Desk or open a Support Ticket.
Notes:

Profile updates are optional but recommended to ensure accurate records.

Parents/students can correct mismatched names directly after login.

Admins may review and approve changes depending on system settings.
