How to Update Your Profile

  1. Log in to the Client/Student Portal using your registered email and password.

  2. Once logged in, go to Profile Settings from the dashboard menu.

  3. Update the necessary fields such as:

    • Full Name (correct spelling)

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • Billing Address

    • Student/Parent details (if applicable)

  4. Click Save Changes to confirm.

  5. If you encounter errors, contact support via the Help Desk or open a Support Ticket.

Notes:

  • Profile updates are optional but recommended to ensure accurate records.

  • Parents/students can correct mismatched names directly after login.

  • Admins may review and approve changes depending on system settings.
