Available Payment Methods

We currently support two secure payment methods for all invoices:

1. Bank Transfer (BCA)

   • Bank: Bank Central Asia (BCA)

   • Account Name: CloudHostID

   • Branch: Denpasar, Bali

   • SWIFT Code: CENAIDJA

   • Currency: IDR Steps:

   • Transfer the exact invoice amount.

   • Include your invoice number in the payment reference.

   • Keep the transfer receipt for verification.

2. Xendit Payment Gateway

   • Supports Virtual Accounts, E‑Wallets, Credit/Debit Cards.

   • Log in to the Client Portal.

   • Open the invoice and click Pay Now.

   • Select your preferred method (VA, e‑wallet, card).

   • Follow the instructions until payment is completed.

Notes:

• Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours for verification.

• Xendit payments are usually confirmed instantly.

• If you encounter issues, please open a support ticket in the Client Portal.
