Once a service has been agreed upon and activated, refunds are not available.

This applies to hosting, domain, and CRM services that have already been provisioned.

Refunds may only be considered if there is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or a written agreement established before the service begins.

Any refund terms must be explicitly stated in that agreement.
