Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair:

  1. No Refunds for Approved Services

    • Once a service has been agreed upon and activated, refunds are not available.

    • This applies to hosting, domain, and CRM services that have already been provisioned.

  2. Exceptions with Prior Agreement

    • Refunds may only be considered if there is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or a written agreement established before the service begins.

    • Any refund terms must be explicitly stated in that agreement.

  3. Important Notes

    • Refund requests without an MOU or prior agreement will not be processed.

    • Clients are encouraged to review service details carefully before confirming.

    • For disputes, please contact our support team to review the case.
